Stewardship

Who holds this

Stewardship.

Custody, coordination, and the discipline of separation.

The Tribernachi Foundation

The Tribernachi Foundation, a Canadian charitable trust, holds custody of the Regenerative Wealth Reserve framework and the intellectual work that underwrites it. The Foundation’s mandate is the long-horizon stewardship of the framework itself — independent of any single deployment, partner, or jurisdiction. It is the vessel that allows the work to outlast its founders.

Gestalt Capital Dynamics, Inc.

Gestalt Capital Dynamics, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, is the operational entity through which the framework engages practically with the world. It coordinates the technical, governance, and convening work that the framework requires in order to be useful to anyone outside its own custody. Where the Foundation is the keeper, GCD is the working hand.

Why the separation matters

The two-entity structure is not legal scaffolding. It is the discipline that allows the framework to maintain integrity across very different kinds of time. The Foundation cannot be captured by the next commercial relationship, because the next commercial relationship is not its concern. The operating company cannot drift from the framework, because the framework is held elsewhere, by an entity whose only job is to hold it.

It is the same separation, in spirit, that traditional governance systems have used for millennia to keep custody and action from collapsing into each other. The Foundation tends the long arc. The operating company moves at the speed of the present. Each is accountable, in different ways, to the seven-generation horizon the framework is built for.
